Refund & Return Policy

At Patnakart, we take pride in delivering authentic, high-quality products straight from the heart of Bihar — from our farms and artisans to your doorstep. But hey, we get it — sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we’ve got a fair and simple Refund & Return Policy.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • You report the issue within 3 days of delivery

We do not accept returns for perishable goods like fruits or food products unless they’re spoiled or damaged on arrival.

How to Request a Return

  1. Drop us a message on WhatsApp or Email us at support@patnakart.com

  2. Share your Order ID, product photo, and the reason for return

  3. Our team will review and get back within 24–48 hours

Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or guide you on how to return the product.

Refund Process

  • If eligible, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (UPI/Wallet/Bank etc.)

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, we’ll need your bank/UPI details

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Perishables (unless spoiled)

  • Customized or special request orders

  • Products without original packaging or invoice

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only if the product delivered was:

  • Incorrect

  • Damaged

  • Incomplete

In such cases, we'll send a replacement at no extra cost.
