Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
You report the issue within 3 days of delivery
We do not accept returns for perishable goods like fruits or food products unless they’re spoiled or damaged on arrival.
How to Request a Return

Share your Order ID, product photo, and the reason for return
Our team will review and get back within 24–48 hours
Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or guide you on how to return the product.
Refund Process
If eligible, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (UPI/Wallet/Bank etc.)
For Cash on Delivery orders, we’ll need your bank/UPI details
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used products
Perishables (unless spoiled)
Customized or special request orders
Products without original packaging or invoice
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only if the product delivered was:
Incorrect
Damaged
Incomplete
In such cases, we'll send a replacement at no extra cost.
